We collect only the data strictly necessary for the website to work. We do not collect any "sensitive" data (ethnic origin, political opinions, health, religious beliefs, biometric data).

Data collected automatically — The server hosting this website records, in a technical and non-identifying way: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page viewed, the browser type and operating system, and the approximate country of connection. This information is used to secure the site, measure its traffic and diagnose technical errors.

Data you send us voluntarily — Through the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message, together with the subject and the project you wish to discuss. We use these details only to reply to you.

Through the newsletter sign-up form we receive your email address only, in order to send you our communications. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We process your data for the following purposes and legal bases, in accordance with Tunisia's data protection law (law no. 2004-63) and, for people resident in the European Union, the GDPR:

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for three years from the last exchange, so that we can follow up the business relationship. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or after three years without interaction. Server technical logs are kept for up to thirteen months.

This website is aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If you find that a minor has sent us data without parental authorisation, contact us: we will delete it without delay.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access for authorised staff only, regular backups and data minimisation. As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
